Currently, Repair Plant No.140 focuses on overhaul and modernization of armored vehicles and weapons as well as their components and units:

• T-55, T-72, and T-80 tanks and their modifications;
• BMP-1 and BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles and their modifications;
• BTR-60, BTR-70, and BTR-80 armored troop carriers and their modifications;
• upgrading BMP-1 to Cobra-S combat vehicle;
• upgrading BTR-70 to armored troop carriers to Cobra-K;
• upgrading BRDM-2 to BRDM-2МB1;
• for tank (BMP) and ATGM gunners;
• mobile complex crew simulators for tank (BMP) drivers.

Along with the development of military lines Repair Plant No.140 has mastered the following civil services for general public:

overhaul and modernization of more than 20 modifications of the motor-rail vehicles (АGV, АDМ, АGU, and АGD-1A rail cars; АGMU, DGKU, AS-1A, and АS-1M motorcars; ТGК-2 diesel locomotives, МPТ-4 gasoline locomotives; and PМG track power nut setter);

overhaul and modernization of  equipment for 750 mm gauge for peat industry (ТU-6,  ТU-7, ТU-8 locomotives and their modifications, and ESU-2 self-propelled narrow-gauge power plants);

overhaul of more than 50 versions of diesel engines, type V2, V6, D6, D12, UTD-20, and YMZ;

manufacture of complex metal structures (body frames, loading platforms) to fit  its own or customer’s specifications;

manufacture of general mechanical rubber goods (GMRGs) by using customer’s  and its own molds;

manufacture of various nonstandard production equipment and tooling, dies, molds for the manufacture of GMRGs and other attachments both in compliance with its own or customer’s specifications.
